Gerrans Parish Council is a statutory Consultee in the planning process and will be submitting Consultee comments to Cornwall Council on the following Planning Applications on Wednesday 7th April 2021:
1. PA21/01616 Revised application for the conversion and extension of a redundant barn into a residential use with associated works following the approval of PA18/01540 and PA19/06090
At: Barn A West Of Treloan Farmhouse Treloan Lane Gerrans TR2 5EF
2. PA21/01990 Demolition of existing residential dwelling and construction of replacement dwelling and external landscaping works.
At: Pebble Cottage, Rosevine, Portscatho
3. PA21/02017 Change of use of ground floor from retail to residential, and associated works.
At: Post Office, 2, The Quay, Portscatho TR2 5HF
