Gerrans Parish Council is a statutory Consultee in the planning process and will be submitting a Consultee comment to Cornwall Council on the following Planning Applications on Wednesday 6th May:

1. PA20/01598 - Proposal for the provision of garage/store at Land South of Poldalla, Well Lane, Gerrans.

2. PA20/02500 - Proposed extension of domestic garden area and replacement garden shed at Higher Tregassa Barn, New Road, Portscatho.

3. PA20/03075 - Proposed extension and alterations at 1, Parc An Dillon Road, Portscatho.

4. PA20/03088 - Conversion of garage to living accommodation and conservatory extension at 20, Parc An Dillon Road, Portscatho

5. PA20/02583 - Proposed new House at 3, Parc An Dillon Road, Portscatho.

Anyone wishing to submit their view to the Parish Council on any of these applications is invited to do so by email to the clerk at clerk@gerransparishcouncil.org before midday on Friday 1st May.
